Can Report to MD on daily basis as per his time schedule through Email/Tele-call/Skype/Text-SMS message or other mode of Video call.
Manage & maintain the MD’s diary and email account without failure.
Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments.
Arrange Executive Meetings [EM] of employees.
Manage and monitor the Process Co-ordinators of respective departments and report to MD.
Respond to emails as much as fast/possible, AS PER BRIEFING by MD sir.
Collect & prepare all the deliverables before any meeting [like files/samples/kit/documents/old MOM etc.].
File up all correspondence in related file.
Must maintain all visiting cards-prepare mails/replies as per briefing.
Prepare a list of TO DO and track on Google Keep & Google calendar.
Conduct weekly diary meetings with the MD to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations and other requests.
Manage travel arrangements, whenever required.
Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the MD by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.
Ensure guests meeting with the MD are well taken care of.
Monitor the MIS reports and report to MD etc.
Married, preferably with kids.
Staying max. 45 mints travelling time from your office.
There should be job stability, not someone who has been jumping jobs often.
