I was given a thorough tour lasting 3 hours and explained, in great detail, every step of the fabrication process in making their aluminium doors and windows. Kalco uses state of the art imported machines and a very professional packaging and distribution, to minimise errors in fabrication. I met the MD of Kalco, Mr. Neeraj Singhal, who personally assured me of the best possible after sales service, and that he was just a phone call away. After placing my order, measurements at site were taken in my presence, with great care and thoroughness, by very knowledgeable professionals, who knew about problems in installation of large windows.
