Key Highlighted Points of the Rental Agreement

1.1    The period of Hire will be minimum 1 month and maximum 1 year.

1.2    Due date for applicability of rent will be the date on which hired material is delivered at the site.
1.3
It is hereby agreed that any hiring of goods for less than a month will be charged as full month’s rent.
1.4    Rental due beyond its due date shall attract
interest @ 18% and shall be payable along with rental  dues.
1.5    If the hired goods returned are in damaged, unclean and / or defective state, it shall be
liable to pay the M/s KALCO Alu-Systems Pvt. Ltd. for the cost of any repair, and / or cleaning/replacement as actual.
1.6    In case of termination of the Agreement,
the Second Party shall immediately make the hired goods available for collection by the First Party or shall deliver the same to First Party, as may be directed by the First Party.
