• He must have the complete knowledge of HR fields like: Compliances like PF/ESI/Accidents, Payroll management, Shop floor management
• Strong Liasoning Skills, Strong in Training & Development
• Can manage A team of 4-5 Executives
  

Job Role

• Overall management of all HR activities.
• Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Performance Management & improvement systems.
• Employee development, need assessment and training.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Managing payroll administration.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records.
• Zero error in Employee safety, wealth, wellness & health.

• Staying max. 00:45 Min – 01:00 hrs traveling time from office.
• Job stability, not someone who has been jumping jobs often.
• Should be honest.
• Marks should not be below 60% in academics.
