Job Role

  • Overall management of all HR activities.
  • Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Performance Management & improvement systems.
  • Employee development, need assessment and training.
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Managing payroll administration.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records.
  • Zero error in Employee safety, wealth, wellness & health.

Other Expectations

  • Male or Female [Married preferred].
  • Staying max. 00:45 Min – 01:00 hrs traveling time from office.
  • Job stability, not someone who has been jumping jobs often.
  • Should be honest.
  • Flexible to work on weekend/holidays [Once/twice in a month].
  • Marks should not be below 60% in academics.
