Production planning manager is focused on ensuring product deliveries on time with right quantity as per sales order, coordinating with all necessary departments.

Must have good working experience on Auto-cad drawings & Bill of Materials.

Skill Set Required

• Hands-On Experience in Production Planning of Doors/Windows Industry or related segment
• Team Management
• Good Interpersonal & Team Management Skills

Job Role

• Planning and scheduling: Create and manage production schedules, and adjust them as needed 
• Managing resources: Ensure adequate stock levels, and order and manage equipment and facilities
• Quality control: Set and enforce quality standards, and monitor productivity rates and product standards 
• Training and coaching: Train and coach factory operators and sorters 
• Maintenance: Take responsibility for the maintenance of equipment, and organize the repair of any damaged equipment 
• Customer orders: Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget
