POSITION PURPOSE

To represent KALCO ( www.kalcoindia.com ) with Construction Companies, Architects and other relevant Consultants and influencers in the NCR / North region and WIN  BUSINESS.

WHY THIS POSITION

  1. KALCO’s primary focus till now has been Northern India market. Now the company wants to replicate its success in NCR / North India.
  2. This is essentially a new position. KALCO wants to have a local sales team in NCR – consisting of a few young sales executives.

HOW WILL THIS  POSITION  CONTRIBUTE

By engaging the Buyers (& Influencers) of architectural aluminium fabrication solutions  and  –

  • Continuous mapping of new projects coming up in the assigned territory
  • Understanding local competitive landscape
  • Understanding applicable local architectural trends
  • Understanding Customer / Project specific requirements
  • Understanding Customer specific buying practices, behavior and market reputation
  • Correctly Positioning KALCO’s Offerings and Strengths
  • Making and Presenting Proposals
  • Final discussions with the stake holders
  • Ensuring project execution team to get all the relevant details and access to the relevant people in the customer organisation.
  • Take ownership of project team to deliver as per the terms of the order
  • Collect payments ( advance and bills receivables )
  • Win a written testimonial from the client / influencers – as evidence of good job done by team Kalco
  • Manage client relationship – for future repeat business / references.

JOB –  That of a master Sales Hunter ! 

  • Requires Focus + Energy + Temperament to be the customer’s representative within Kalco and represent Kalco with the customers.
  • Requires good Questioning and Listening skills

EDUCATION

  • Graduation / post-graduation – any discipline; preferably Civil, Mechanical, Management subject/s. 
  • Basic Computing skills i.e. MS Office.

WORK EX

  • Similar role of high value ( at least Rs.50 lacs ) project selling  ( within NCR ) to the real estate sector.
  • Preferably for 5 yrs, not less than 2 yrs – only relevant / applicable work-ex.

REPORTING

To the Respective Head of Sales

MONETARY COMPENSATION

  • Fixed  +
  • Additional motivating sales rewards, as per achievement of performance parameters.
